Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you use the Engramium website (www.engramium.com) or install and use Lipi, our Chrome extension for claude.ai. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use them. The organisation behind both is [legal entity name] ("Engramium", "we", "us"). Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice explain how we handle information.

2. Lipi and Anthropic

Lipi is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Anthropic, and Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. Lipi works with claude.ai pages and with internal endpoints that Anthropic has not published or promised to keep. Anthropic can change them at any time, and when that happens parts of Lipi may stop working or show wrong figures until we update it. We cannot promise that they will keep working.

You remain responsible for following the terms and usage policies that apply to your own claude.ai account. Lipi's numbers (messages left, forecasts, context size, best time to work) are estimates and may differ from what Claude shows or enforces.

3. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes. Do not try to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses, overload it, or use automated tools to copy it at a scale that affects other visitors. Sample content on the site, where it is shown, is for illustration.

4. Using Lipi

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Lipi in your own browser for your own use. Lipi is offered as a free version and as Lipi Pro. The features in each are described on the Lipi page and may change over time.

You agree not to share, resell or publish a Pro licence key, work around licence checks or limits, copy Lipi's code or templates for redistribution, or use Lipi to break the law or another service's rules. The law may give you rights that these terms cannot remove, and nothing here limits them.

5. Lipi Pro and payment

Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. It takes your payment, collects any sales tax, and issues your licence key. The price, currency and billing period you see at checkout are the ones that apply. Lemon Squeezy's own terms apply to the purchase.

• Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel from the link in your receipt or your Lemon Squeezy customer portal, and Pro continues until the period you paid for ends.
• Lifetime licence means [definition of "lifetime"].
• Devices. A licence key can be active on up to [number] devices at once.
• Refunds. [refund window and conditions].
• Ended or refunded licences stop unlocking Pro features at the next licence check. Your saved data stays on your computer.

6. Your data

Your prompts, history, saved accounts and settings are stored on your own computer, not by us, so you are responsible for keeping backups. Deleting Lipi or resetting it deletes them. When you hand a chat off to another AI site, that site's terms and privacy policy apply to what you send it.

7. Ownership

We and our licensors own Lipi, the website and their design, code, text and templates, except where a licence says otherwise (for example, the open-licence fonts used on this site). You keep ownership of your own prompts and chats. Names and logos of other companies belong to them.

8. Third-party services

Lipi and this site work with or link to services we do not control, including claude.ai, ChatGPT, Gemini, YouTube and Lemon Squeezy. We are not responsible for them, for changes they make, or for how they treat your information.

9. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the website and Lipi are provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and without any promise about the accuracy of their estimates.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost profit arising from your use of the website or Lipi, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Lipi in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Ending these terms

You can stop using Lipi at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your licence if you break these terms, and we may change or stop offering Lipi or any feature. If we end a paid licence for a reason other than your breach, we will deal with the unused part fairly in line with the refund terms in section 5.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [country or state, and courts], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights you have under the mandatory laws of the place where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will say so on the Lipi page. Using the website or Lipi after a change means you accept it.
